How do I request a refund?
Send a message on Discord or email support@topgames.app.br within the first 7 days of the subscription, with under 2 hours of total playtime. We refund 100% of the amount, no questions asked.

I bought TopRacing and want a refund
Full refund within 14 days, as long as the activation key has NOT been used yet. If you activated the key, the refund unfortunately does not apply.

I forgot my password or cannot sign in
Use the "Forgot password" option on the launcher login screen. If the email does not arrive, check spam and then ask on Discord.

I bought the wrong plan, can I switch?
Yes. In the launcher, under the Subscription tab, you can upgrade to any higher plan paying only the proportional difference for the remaining days. To downgrade, wait for the current cycle to end and subscribe to the new plan.

My launcher has a bug or will not open
Restart the launcher first. If it persists, post on Discord in the #support channel with a screenshot of the error and your Windows version. We ship a fix within 24h.

My game is not picking up live gifts
Check whether the launcher is signed in to your TikTok account in the "TikTok LIVE" panel and that the match was started with the live active. If nothing shows up, send a screenshot of the panel on Discord.

My subscription disappeared or shows as canceled
Could be a payment issue (declined card, failed Pix, etc.). Check your inbox for a notice from Paddle (sender ending in @paddle.com). If nothing is there, reach out on Discord with your account email for a manual check.

Reporting abuse or another user behavior
Send the details (date, time, username, screenshot/video if possible) by email to support@topgames.app.br. We review and apply the sanctions defined in the Terms whenever applicable.
